1. Refund Window
A 7-day money-back guarantee is offered for the first shared hosting purchase, and is valid
only once per customer.
2. Non-Refundable Services
We do not offer refunds for:
• Domain registrations, renewals, or transfers
• Third-party services (SSL, licenses, plugins)
• Hosting renewals or upgrades
• Add-ons and special configurations
• Purchases made using coupon codes or discounts
• Second-time purchases or additional services
• New accounts created by previously refunded users
3. Lifetime Refund Limit
• Refund is allowed only once per customer (lifetime).
• If a customer has previously received a refund, they are not eligible again, even on
new accounts.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel anytime via your dashboard. If cancelled after 7 days, the service remains
active for the term, but no refund is provided.
5. Data Termination
• Accounts not renewed are suspended at expiry.
• After 90 days, all services are automatically terminated, and data is irreversibly
deleted.
• No backup or recovery will be possible once terminated.
6. Disputes & Chargebacks
Chargebacks without prior notice will lead to account suspension, loss of data, and legal
action if necessary.
7.Refund Timeline
Approved Refunds will be processed within 2-3 Days and the Refund Amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 days
