1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not
accept any of the terms, do not use our services.
2. Account Responsibility
• You are responsible for your account credentials and actions performed under your
account.
• Unauthorized usage should be reported immediately.
3. Use of Services
• You agree not to misuse the hosting services.
• Prohibited activities include spamming, phishing, resource abuse, illegal content
hosting, and copyright violations.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations without notice.
4. Payments and Renewals
• All services are billed in INR unless stated otherwise.
• Renewal reminders will be sent before expiry; however, ensuring timely renewal is
the customer’s responsibility.
• Late payment may result in suspension and potential data loss.
5. Data Retention and Auto-Termination
• Hosting accounts not renewed are suspended post-expiry.
• After 90 days of non-renewal, your account will be automatically terminated and all
data permanently deleted.
• No backups will be available post-expiry unless the plan is renewed within this
period.
6. Domains & Third-Party Services
• Domains, SSLs, and third-party add-ons are non-refundable and governed by
respective third-party policies.
• Cuboxy is not liable for losses arising from these services.
7. Support
• Support is available via tickets and email.
• Support misuse or abuse may result in access limitations.
8. Modifications
Cuboxy reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes
implies acceptance.
